Leasing Agent / Assistant Leasing Manager – $19-$22/hr
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent in Asheville, NC to assist with leasing operations at a beautiful residential property. The Important Stuff:
- Pay: $19-$22/hr
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
- Location: Asheville, NC

What You’ll Be Doing:
?? Assist prospective residents through the leasing process – show available units, provide community information, and ensure smooth move-ins.
?? Be the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and prospects.
?? Manage marketing efforts through social media, online listings, and outreach.
?? Complete administrative tasks related to leasing, renewals, and resident services.
?? Monitor occupancy rates and leasing trends to improve property performance.
?? Ensure excellent customer service to current and potential residents.
What You Need to Succeed:
? At least 2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
? Professional verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
? Tech-savvy – comfortable with property management software, email, and social media.
? Ability to think creatively to improve traffic, leasing, and resident engagement.
? Team-oriented and willing to learn and grow in the industry.
? Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
