Job title: Customer Service Representative- order Processing
Pay: $18.00/hr
Flexible Schedule: 6:30am-3:00pm; 7:00am-3:30pm; 7:30am-4:00pm (can choose which schedule works best for you)
A local manufacturing company in Asheville, NC is looking for their next forever team members to grow their Customer Service Order Processing department. Are you familiar with the automotive industry? Are you looking to get away from the manual labor but interested in still helping customers with parts and orders? In the Customer Service Order Entry Processing role you will take orders from people or clients via phone, email, and internet and inputs those orders into inventory software. This is a great opportunity for a manufacturing floor to customer service sales role with room to grow!
General Duties
• Receive and process orders for products or merchandise by mail, phone, or in
person
• Process customer orders accurately by following established guidelines
• Solicit or provide information as required to complete customer orders,
returns, shipments, and requests for product pricing and availability
• Engage in troubleshooting activities and accelerate issues that impact the
full-cycle order fulfilment process
• Issue return authorization numbers per customer requests. Track and update
receipts, dispute pricing and quantity errors, and maintain an itemized list of
customer returns
• Provide documentation to dispute claims and recover costs from responsible
parties
• Create and maintain vendor and barcode databases
Things you will need to be familiar with:
* Multi-line phone system
* Microsoft Excel
* Microsoft Office products
* Managing emailed orders, requests, and correspondence
