Marketing Coordinator

A local software company is searching for an outstanding Marketing Coordinator, that will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing messages that improve brand awareness, generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and achieve business goals. This role involves organizing and managing event-related marketing tasks, social media management, content creation, and data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination & Logistics:
    • Organize and manage event-related marketing tasks, including booth logistics, collateral preparation, and promotional activities to maximize event ROI.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute company participation in conferences and trade shows.
    • Manage logistics with internal teams and external vendors, including booth setup, promotional materials, and travel arrangements.
    • Ensure conference designs align with brand guidelines and trade show objectives.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance conference value.
  • Social Media Management, Paid Ads & Analytics:
    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate organic social media posts.
    • Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
    • Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
    • Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice throughout all channels.
  • Marketing Collateral & Case Study Development:
    • Collaborate with designers and internal teams to create and update flyers, brochures, and customer case studies to support sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Write, edit, and refine marketing collateral, email copy, case studies, and event-related materials to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
  • Basic Graphic Design Knowledge:
    • Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe to make quick edits or create simple marketing assets.

 

 

  • Data Analysis and KPI Management:
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to the marketing team and management.
  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Management:
    • Track and manage MQLs and their ROI through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to gain feedback on trade show performance and establish guidelines for future events.
    • Optimize lead generation strategies to increase the quality and quantity of MQLs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Execute pre-event and post-event marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, project managers, and creative managers.
  • Identify trends and consumer behaviors for campaign design.
  • Act as the communication hub for multiple projects.
  • Promote products, services, and operations.
  • Create and deliver organic content and engage with clients on social media.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends.
  • Use CRM (HubSpot and NetSuite) to track lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials.

Other Duties:

  • Execute marketing plans for Account Management and Business Development.
  • Coordinate project completion to support business needs.
  • Initiate and coordinate marketing project requests.
  • Anticipate department needs (graphic design, editorial, web, email, production).

Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (additional education/certifications preferred).
  • Experience with major social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Copywriting/copy editing experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEO.
  • Excellent research and communication skills.
  • Technically savvy and motivated analytical person.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team experience.
  • Preferred experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Travel: up to 20%, Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record Required

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Required ability to hold and maintain Department of Defense (Public Trust/Secret) Security Clearance.
