Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist for our client in North Charlotte, NC.
Pay: $18.00/hr 1st shift hours Monday - Friday
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:
- answer phones and direct calls
- respond promptly to customer service inquiries via phone, email/
- assist clients with order tracking of shipments
- handle RMA (return material authorization) with customers and vendors.
- handle outbound calls to follow up on customer needs and satisfaction.
- maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
- assist with the production of daily reports. (excel reports)
- creating labels for sales job orders.
- filter estimating and sales incoming emails and either creating an RFQ pipeline quote or sending to correct staff member.
Requirements of a Customer Service Specialist:
- MUST be proficient in V-Look Up (Excel)
- MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office
- strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- working knowledge of Net Suit is a plus
- proven experience in a customer service role with 5 years (preferred) or a minimum of 2 years experience
- multilingual abilities are a plus but not required
- Experience with inbound and outbound calling
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
