Director, Light Industrial and Skilled Trades

Kim joined Express as an Employment Specialist in February of 2020 after a career change from 20 years in retail management. She transitioned into her new role as the Director of Light Industrial and Skill Trades. Kim strives to find the silver lining in all situations and brings that dynamic positive energy into the office. 

When she is not leading and directing the office, she enjoys crafting and spending time with family, especially at the beach in the summer.

Light Industrial Employment Specialist

Sharena joined our team in September 2020 as an Employment Specialist focused on light industrial positions including production assembly, general labor, drivers, and mechanics.  

Sharena loves to partner with clients and job seekers.  Her background in the retail industry allows her to quickly build rapport with everyone she meets.  Sharena is an expert user of her air fryer and thinks it is one of the greatest inventions of all time!

Light Industrial Employment Specialist

Jessica joined our team in April 2019 as an Employment Specialist focused on light industrial positions including machine operators, general labor, warehouse, and driver roles.   Prior to joining Express Employment Professionals, she was a recruiter for a solar energy company and worked in multiple locations throughout the U.S. 

Jessica is a graduate of USC and held the role of USC Women’s Volleyball Assistant Trainer during her time there.  Jessica enjoys spending time on the lake and has an adorable dog named Harley!

Operations and Payroll Specialist

Kay joined the Express Employment Professionals team in 2018 as an Employment Specialist where she partnered with companies to staff light industrial talent.  Prior to joining Express, Kay worked in retail management and always excelled with her customer service skills.  

Her earlier experience as an elementary school teacher provides her with incredible patience.  Kay took on an expanded role as our Payroll/Invoicing and Operations leader.  Kay keeps the office Zen balanced with her essential oil blends and has a passion for growing impressive vegetable gardens when she is not in the office.

Front Office Coordinator

Maria joined Express in November of 2023 with a passion for organization and a flair for creativity, Maria brings a unique blend of administrative expertise and a vibrant personality to our dynamic team. Her administrative background seamlessly navigates the fast-paced world of our staffing agency, ensuring that our front office operations run like a well-oiled machine. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset in streamlining our processes and creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

When she's not orchestrating the front office with finesse, she can be found cherishing precious moments with her children, a dance enthusiast, and a skilled makeup artist. In her free time, she enjoys bringing out natural beauty in others, using her artistic flair to enhance features and boost confidence. She harbors a deep love for travel, with Mexico holding a special place in her heart.
