Job Full Description
Full Time Customer Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or text
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific program benefits
- Analyzing and reporting service delivery concerns or trends
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful feedback from customers
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Required Skills:
- Professional demeanor, strong customer service attitude, and excellent phone presence.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to work with large datasets
Required Experience:
- Two years or more of related customer support experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with coworkers and customers
- Must be fully bilingual in Spanish/English
- Ability to learn how to use multiple software platforms
- High school diploma/GED required
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm
Pay: $20-$24/hour
