Job Description
- Routine Inspections and Repairs:
Conduct regular inspections of facilities, machinery, and equipment to identify and address potential issues. Perform preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of breakdowns and prolong the life of assets.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
Utilize technical skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or other technical problems. Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Repair and Maintenance Tasks:
Execute repairs on various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components. Replace or upgrade faulty parts and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Calibrate and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Keep accurate records of calibration activities to meet industry standards and regulations.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations, such as power outages or equipment failures. Implement corrective actions swiftly to minimize disruptions.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures. Create and update equipment manuals and documentation.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
- Works well independently and with others.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
- Some vocational or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience, required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
- Must be able to visually inspect machines.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
