Job Full Description
This position is in charge of all production floor activities. They will make sure our team on 1st shift are completing all the necessary tasks such as repacking material, cleaning areas, sorting through overstock, unloading the truck, clearing the receiving floor, and scanning orders. This position will be expected to be hands on and help with completing these tasks while also delegating to the team to make sure they are done in a timely manner. This position will work closely with the 2nd shift lead, meeting daily, to make sure both shifts are getting their tasks completed. This candidate will need to be good at communicating not only with the team but also employees. We work very closely with our customer and communicate with them throughout the day. Hours for this position are 5:30 AM – 2 PM with a lot of overtime opportunity. Starting pay will be $20.50
