Duties

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while managing cash registers.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Participate in outbound sales efforts, including cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding product placement and promotions.
- Crm System experience (Required)
Experience
- Knowledge of auto is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer groups; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and outbound sales strategies is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales analysis.
