Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble wood, drywall, and other materials for construction projects.
Build and install frameworks, structures, and other wooden fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
Operate carpentry tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Ensure all carpentry work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to complete projects on time.
Perform repairs and renovations as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and at different heights.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
