Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
Pay: $15-$18/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role requires a professional who can efficiently handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide top-tier support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and address inquiries, orders, and concerns.

  • Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and support.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication.

  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
