Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and experienced Band Saw Operator to work in Hickory, NC. If you have excellent communication skills, the ability to read route cards, and operate a bandsaw. we encourage you to apply!
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30 to 3:30
Pay: $16
Key Responsibilities:
-Read route cards and/or sketch to cut wood or veneer parts to shape or pattern.
-Makes basic visual inspection of parts discarding those with obvious defects.
-Creates own forms, patterns and jigs as needed from scratch wood to complete task.
-Change saw blades and perform routine maintenance
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years and needs to be able to have "finish" bandsaw skills.
