Position Overview:
As a Furniture Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying finishes, paint, and stains to furniture pieces, ensuring that the work is free of runs and meets the highest quality standards. Your expertise in using various finishing techniques will be key to achieving a flawless, consistent finish on all surfaces of our assembled cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spray finishes, paint, stains, and lacquer on all surfaces of assembled furniture with precision, ensuring no runs and a high-quality finish.
- Follow finishing schedules and ensure that each piece meets required specifications.
- Set up and maintain finishing equipment, including pumps and spray systems, for efficient operation.
- Spray fillers, glazes, and wash coats, ensuring all are applied at the highest quality level.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify the consistency and appearance of finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience spraying finish, stain, paint, and lacquer on all surfaces of assembled furniture.
- Strong understanding of finishing processes and techniques, including spraying fillers, glazes, and wash coats.
- Ability to read and understand finishing schedules and specifications.
- Experience setting up and maintaining finishing equipment, including pumps and spray systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
