Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Customer Services Sales Associate to work in Jacksonville, NC. This position plays a key role in day-to-day operations, from welcoming customers and managing daily printing projects to handling sales transactions and supporting bookkeeping responsibilities. There is an opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm, no nights or weekends

Pay: $13 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales

  • Assist customers with print project consultations and guide them through available services and options.
  • Write up and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Project Management

  • Coordinate and oversee print jobs from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate with customers on project progress, delivery timelines, and any necessary adjustments.

• Cash Handling & Bookkeeping

  • Handle transactions, count cash, and prepare daily bank deposits.
  • Support part-time bookkeeping duties, including tracking invoices, updating records, and reconciling accounts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles is preferred.
• Comfortable handling cash and managing financial transactions.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug testing requirements
