Job Title: Receptionist - Office Administrator
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist - Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth office operations. This position involves handling administrative duties, answering phone calls, managing customer records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and efficiently handle phone calls, directing them as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Process customer records, including payments, and maintain accurate files.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for drop-offs/pick-ups and keeping detailed notes.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
- Provide timely resolutions to customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling customer inquiries.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (No weekends)
