Job Type: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts, including rotating weekends
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Conduct routine property maintenance, including system cleaning, inspections, and preventive checks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, performing necessary repairs.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure safe and efficient project completion.
- Operate a company van to transport tools and equipment to job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high-quality work and effective communication with clients.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of HVAC experience (preferred).
- Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with air conditioning systems.
- Reliability: Must be punctual with minimal call-outs.
- Safety & Efficiency: Ability to work safely and efficiently on maintenance and repair tasks.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Travel: Yes, within Beulaville, NC, and surrounding areas.
