Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime Possible)
Job Description:
Express is seeking a dedicated HVAC Installer Helper to join our team. This position involves assisting with HVAC system and ductwork installation, performing light carpentry (framing), and using hand and power tools effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and eager to grow within the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
Install ductwork and HVAC systems efficiently
Assist with framing and basic carpentry tasks
Read and accurately measure using a tape measure
Operate hand and power tools safely
Follow safety guidelines and assist lead installers as needed
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HVAC installation or a related field
License: Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, stand, bend, walk, and kneel for extended periods
