Pay: $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
• Handle general upkeep tasks such as trash removal and other assigned duties
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, reaching, twisting, and turning
• Must pass a background check and drug test
