Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing manufacturing facility in Eastern North Carolina. This role is critical in keeping production operations running smoothly through skilled troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment

Read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve performance

Ensure compliance with safety standards at all times
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance OR transferable military mechanical/engineering background

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read technical diagrams and use standard tools/equipment

Welding, fabrication, or electrical knowledge a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
