Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Perform repairs on various systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Oversee and supervise maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
Fabricate components as necessary for repairs or improvements.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and requests promptly.
Assist in residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
Collaborate with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documents.
Experience in facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems.
Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in facility management.
Ability to fabricate parts or components when required for repairs.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication in English.
Supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
