Job Full Description

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries effectively.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC mechanic or service technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively, including ohmmeters.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic plumbing skills are a plus but not required.
