Job Full Description
We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator who is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and ensuring a positive experience to guest and callers. They are the first point of contact and are responsible for greeting guests, answering any questions they may have, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
This position is also responsible for daily office administration tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, vendor relations, office organization, and general office operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and organized.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Support various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Create and maintain all visitor packs and gift baskets
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative with priority setting
- Reliability & Punctuality
- Excellent communication skills with friendly phone voice
- Experience with MS Office, Outlook & Publisher
- Real estate experience and MLS experience are high desired but not required
