Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the work site to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers to establish project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Manage team members by providing guidance, training, and support to enhance productivity and morale.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications

Must have extensive steel welding experience
Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools.
Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively
