Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Monroe, NC

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $25.00 per hour

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on servicing and repairing CNC machines while also assisting with facility and shop maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge and experience with various systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• CNC Machine Maintenance:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines.
  • Ensure proper lubricants and coolant levels in machines; replace as needed.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and pneumatic systems.
  • Utilize wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Equipment and Systems Knowledge:

  • Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, grinders, calipers, and volt meters.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Facilities Maintenance:

  • Assist with general building maintenance and repairs.
  • Stock supplies, including soap and toilet paper.
  • Collaborate with the Shop Runner on facility needs.

• Additional Skills:

  • Welding experience is a plus but not required.
  • Diesel tech background is a bonus.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in diagnosing and maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with hand tools, precision measuring tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
