Our client is located in Indian Trail, NC. We are hiring for a CNC Machinist who is proficient at set up. This family owned company has an operation that is great for individuals who are eager to learn other roles within the company.
What you will be doing:
Machine Setup: Setting up the CNC machine involves loading the necessary tools, workpieces, and fixtures, as well as configuring the machine parameters according to the programmed instructions.
Tool Selection: Choosing the appropriate cutting tools and ensuring they are in good condition is a critical aspect of the job. Machinists must also make tool changes as needed during the production process.
Material Preparation: prepare raw materials by loading them onto the machine, securing them in place, and verifying their quality and dimensions.
You must have at least 2 years of CNC Machinist/set up experience to apply
