This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in payroll, HR benefits administration, clerical support, and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Data Entry:
- Enter and validate payroll data using provided reports.
- Ensure payroll totals are accurate and reconciled with source reports.

HR Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and respond to HR-related inquiries.

Clerical & General Office Duties:
- Order and manage office supplies inventory.
- Handle vehicle registrations for a fleet of 75 vehicles.
- Perform general office support tasks as needed.

Accounting Support:
- Process data entry for payables.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite for accounting and reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with payroll systems and HR benefits administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years in an office administration, HR, or accounting role.
- Familiarity with vehicle registration processes.
