Location: Monroe, NC

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 

 

What you will be doing: 

• Dispatch for two service technicians
• Field the calls from customers
• Accounts Receivables (Intuit)
• Track Inventory (cycle counting)
• Operate QuickBooks
• Generate invoice
• Order Parts
• Post social media
• Clean Parts 

Qualifications: 

• Must have basic accounts payables and receivables
• Must understand the geography of NC and SC to dispatch effectively 
• Organized
