Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves restacking products and repalletizing inventory within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, have a strong attention to detail, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs consistently throughout their shift. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restack and repalletize products according to specific guidelines and instructions.
- Ensure that products are organized and stored correctly in the warehouse.
- Perform repetitive lifting, stacking, and moving of inventory in an efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of pallets, ensuring stability and safety during transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and quotas.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed to support team and operations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs consistently throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions (bending, lifting, stacking) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physically demanding role is a plus, but not required.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Regular lifting of up to 50lbs.
- Ability to handle repetitive motions and tasks with precision.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting, with exposure to temperature variations depending on the season.
- Slip resistant shoes a must.
