Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Description:
Seeking an Underground Digger to join our team. You’ll be responsible for operating machinery (excavators, trenchers, etc.) to dig trenches for fiber optic cable installation. This is an outdoor, physically demanding role, requiring flexibility to work in all weather conditions and during nights and weekends if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate digging equipment for trenching.
- Ensure accurate trench depth, width, and alignment for fiber optic installations.
- Work closely with the fiber installation crew.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks.
- Prior experience in landscaping, utilities, or construction is a plus.
- High school diploma.
- Must have steel-toe boots.
Salary:
- $20/hr and Up! (dependent on experience).
- Salary review after initial period.

Work Schedule:
- 7 AM – 4 PM (on-call for overtime).
