Job Title: Fabricator
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The primary responsibilities include measuring and drilling holes in trailer trackers for railing installation, positioning and securing rails, and filing and deburring metal edges on panels before they are cut and placed in trucks. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to safety.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Pay: $18/hr.
Key Responsibilities:

Measure and drill holes in tracker trailers for railing installation.

Install and secure rails according to specifications.

File and deburr metal fibers from the edges of panels to ensure smooth finishes.

Utilize drills, measuring tapes, grinders, and metal files safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualities Required:
- Proficient in measuring with a tape measurer (Required).
- Alt least 1 year of fabrication experience.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Integrity and the ability to communicate openly, especially when mistakes occur.
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
