Do you enjoy a fast paced manufacturing environment? We are urgently hiring for assembly experts who does not mind working overtime and thrives in a production inspired environment. 

 

Located in Monroe NC 

All shifts available  

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

 

What you will be doing 

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to understand the scope of work.
• Gather necessary parts, tools, and materials for the assembly process.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Assemble components or sub-assemblies by following established procedures and quality guidelines.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects, errors, or discrepancies in the assembled products.
• Make adjustments or repairs to ensure proper fit and functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the assembly process.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: 

• Must be able to use power tools
• Must have good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
