Inspect finished products for consistent coverage, addressing imperfections promptly.

Stage, sequence, and hang parts on overhead conveyor systems to maintain workflow efficiency.

Clean spray guns, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure proper grounding of electrostatic systems.

Adhere to PPE protocols (respirators, gloves) and maintain clean workspaces near high-temperature conveyor ovens.

Prior powder coating or spray painting experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates).

Be able to lift up to 50 lbs; stand for 8+ hours in warm industrial environments.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
