Job Title: Temporary HR Administrative Assistant
Location: Amcor – [Insert Location if needed]
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Duration: 6-week assignment (April-May)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrative Assistant to support the HR department during a 6-week leave coverage. This role will primarily focus on filing, attendance tracking, and providing excellent internal customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Filing: Maintain and organize personnel records in new filing system.

Attendance Management:

Customer Service: Provide professional and timely internal support to staff with HR-related questions and needs.

Collaboration: Maintain a positive rapport with supervisors and other staff members.

Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional presence at all times.
Physical Requirements:
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in HR or administrative support roles.

Familiarity with attendance tracking systems (Oracle, Kronos, Cognos preferred).

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
