Customer Service/Support Representative
Local Medical Device Manufacturer is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative
Summary of Duties:
As part of the overall sales team, the Customer Service Representative is tasked with account retention and notification to ensure proper maintenance and use of customer-purchased safety equipment in a Fast Paced Environment. Primary role of CSR is to notify existing accounts of the requirements for scheduled maintenance of their equipment as outlined by the manufacturer's IFU (instruction for use).
Review and Proof Orders
Order Entry
Presenting Service Plans, Extended Warranties, Accessories to Customers
Telephone and internet based sales and service
Develop and expand relationships with customers
Requirenments:
High School Diploma or GED
Detail Oriented
Previous Call Center or Customer Service Position
Ability to work alone or in a team
Pleasant and Positive Attitude
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Pay $15.00-17.00 Hour Depending on Experience.
