Full- Time Payload Operator
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? Do you thrive operating heavy equipment and ensuring smooth plant operations? Join a close knit team as a Payload Operator and be a key player in delivering top-quality ready-mix concrete to our customers!
What You’ll Do:
+Operate the hopper system to accurately measure and dispense aggregate for customer orders
+Load and move materials carefully using a front-end loader
+Monitor and maintain inventory—order and stock materials as needed
+Keep the plant running efficiently by performing routine maintenance and safety checks
+Work closely with dispatch and drivers to ensure on-time deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
+ Experience operating a loader and other heavy equipment
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow batching instructions
+Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor maintenance
+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
+ A team player with a strong work ethic
