Job Full Description

• Prepare and enter order orders
• Maintain clear and accurate outstanding order list
• Maintain accurate customer records to include key contact information
• Maintain price list for each respective customer i.e. make sure price list is updated.
• Enter BOL, packing list and invoices in the system to maintain complete customer records
• Email invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer calls and or emails in a timely manner
• Update customer sales reports – weekly/monthly
