Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Parts Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining molds and automatic/semi-automatic machines to manufacture high-quality parts.
Responsibilities:
- Uses the Standard Method Sheet to ensure the correct material, and methods.
- Inspects attributes and variables as defined by the QCP.
- Operate casting machines.
- Follow manufacturing instructions and data sheets.
- Read specifications to determine setup and prescribed temperature and time settings.
- Inspect products for surface defects and flaws.
- Ensure conformance to specifications.
- Eliminate production of defective parts and products.
Experience:
- Manufacturing experience
- Computer Literate
- Lift 25 pounds
