Job Full Description
We are looking for a motivated account manager to manage sales and customer relationships while overseeing projects from start to finish. This role involves providing accurate estimates, performing material takeoffs, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate sales by identifying and meeting client needs.
- Prepare estimates and perform material takeoffs for construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to oversee project progress and delivery.
- Provide product knowledge and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
This person needs to have 2+ years working in a construction related role, estimating experience, and must be able to read blueprints. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in the construction industry. This would be a great role for someone looking to get out of physical labor in the construction industry and into a sales role.
