Job Full Description
A Fargo-based landscaping company is seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to manage a small team of 3-5 people specializing in soft landscaping. Responsibilities include planting, installing beds, reading landscape plans, and ensuring proper plant spacing. Some crew management is involved, but hands-on landscaping knowledge is essential.
Hourly pay of $23-$24/hour, or a year-round salaried role at approximately $45K/year, which would also include snow removal duties during winter months. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, with no weekends.
