Job Full Description
A Fargo office is seeking an experienced Payroll Processor & Benefits Administrator with at least 3 years of payroll processing experience and strong proficiency in ADP systems. This role is responsible for processing accurate and timely multi-state payroll, administering employee benefits programs, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with payroll and benefits regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in payroll tax laws and benefits compliance (COBRA, ACA, etc.), and comfortable generating reports and working with Excel. HR or payroll certifications are a plus. This is a full-time, long-term position offering benefits and a pay range of $60k-$70k.
