Job Full Description
FM company is seeking a Purchasing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. You will collaborate with suppliers, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of quality materials while optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet company needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Purchasing or Buyer position.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with benefits offered and a pay range of $70k-$90k+ DOE.
