The responsibilities of this role include managing and administering the employee benefits program, maintaining employee records, recruiting (this includes posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews), attending leadership meetings and assisting in payroll preparation. This person must have 5+ of HR experience and a good knowledge of labor laws. The ideal candidate will have an HR degree.
