Standard schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Gather and arrange raw data for project use.

Perform tasks within project teams, learning project development processes.

Communicate updates and progress with supervisors and project managers.

Attend company, project, and client meetings regularly.

Prepare proposals and participate in interviews, with responsibilities increasing over time.

Act as the project engineer and owner’s on-site representative on construction projects.

Participate in professional organizations and community leadership programs.

Travel and stay out of town periodically, with overtime expected during construction season.

Follow company CADD procedures and write technical reports.

Develop cost estimates and verify requests for proposals.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite and computer-aided design applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Microstation).

At least 5 years of relevant experience.
