Work on municipal projects from planning through construction.

Contribute to project design and development of plans and specifications.

Report to a Project Manager or Senior Engineer.

Serve as a resident project representative during construction as needed.

Provide civil engineering services: planning, design, reports, construction observation, and project management.

Communicate updates and progress with supervisors and project managers.

Attend company, project, and client meetings regularly.

Prepare proposals and participate in business development activities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within one year.

0-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn CADD software.

Follow company CADD procedures, employee handbook, and safety policies.

Perform tasks independently and as part of a team.

Participate in professional organizations and community leadership programs.
-
Travel and out-of-town stays may be required; overtime during construction season.
