Salesperson - Drain Tile Industry
We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team and drive sales in the drain tile industry. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our high-quality products and services.
Job Details:
Salary: $60K+ Commission
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.

Present and demonstrate the benefits of our drain tile products to clients.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential clients.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in sales strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the drain tile or related industry.

Strong knowledge of drain tile products, industry standards, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
