Our client in Norton, OH, is seeking a motivated individual for a Shop Technician Trainee. This role will learn skilled processes for the production of advanced cleaning systems used in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our client’s products by learning to assemble, test, and maintain their systems used worldwide.

Position Details:
Pay is $17.00/hr ($680 paid weekly)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
*****Please note that this position starts out part-time for the first three-four weeks before becoming full-time.*****
Responsibilities may include:
- Assemble, repair, and maintain products and equipment.
- Learn to perform quality control tests to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
