Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secondary Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating light machinery, performing grinding tasks, and conducting quality control checks. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our secondary processes and maintaining the quality of our finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate secondary machines, such as light-duty presses, drills, or lathes, to perform specific tasks on components as part of the manufacturing process.
- Grinding: Use grinding equipment to smooth, polish, or shape metal parts to specified dimensions and finishes.
- Quality Control Checks: Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running efficiently and safely, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.
