Express Employment Professionals Butler County is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to fill an immediate opening in Fairfield, Ohio on 1st shift! 

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:

• Investigate all customer complaints and write corrective action reports.
• Prepare all PPAP documentation.
• Inspect and evaluate products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections, including measurements, tests, and evaluations.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
• Identify and report defects or deviations from specifications, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.

Quality Control Inspector Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a quality control inspector required.
• Must have strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
• Must have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in using computer software for documentation and reporting.
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint.

Quality Control Inspector Compensation: Up to $25 an hour based on skills and experience
