Job Title: Mixing Machine Operator
Location: Fairfield, OH
Compensation: $16-18 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate a state-of-the-art mixing machine efficiently and safely
- Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
- Ensure high-quality standards are met consistently
- Work while standing for the duration of the shift
- Arrive on time for each shift and adhere to the work schedule
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime opportunities available
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Previous experience operating machinery is a plus, but not required
