1st Shift / $17-23+/hr, BOE
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring to fulfill a Plastic Welder/Fabricator for a leading manufacturer of plastic heat exchangers, in the Milford, OH area. Our client manufacturers product for a range of industries , including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and chemical processing. We are currently seeking a skilled Plastic Welder to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Operate plastic welding equipment and tools
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet quality and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and refine welding processes and techniques.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
